1. The prize draw is open to entrants who are based in the UK. Excludes employees of LilaConnect and Stoke City Football Club and their relatives, and/or any suppliers or promotional partners, or anyone associated with this Prize Draw.

2. The prize is a signed, framed 2024/25 season Stoke City Football Club shirt.

3. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

4. The prize draw is free to enter, and open to eligible individuals through the stokebroadband.co.uk/competition URL. No other route to entry will be acknowledged.

5. All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday 27th April 2025. Entries submitted after this time will be null and void.

6. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

7. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

8. The Promoter will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

9. The winners will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date using a random online digital selection process.

10. The draw will take place on Monday 28th April 2025. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone within 24 hours after the draw.

11. The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times. If we are unable to contact a winner to award a prize within 24 hours of the draw, then the winner forfeits their right to the prize, and we reserve the right to pick another winner at random from the remaining entries.

12. The prize is as stated and non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

14. Entrants may not use automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits any person to make multiple entries to this Prize Draw.

15. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any technical, communication or other problems that might prevent the receipt of the entrant’s details and accepts no responsibility for entries which are not visible due to entrants’ privacy settings or are incomplete. The Promoter cannot enter into correspondence with entrants who experience difficulties with the entry mechanism.

16. By participating in the Prize Draw, you consent to any personal information you provide being used by The Promoter for the purposes of administering the draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

17. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at [email protected] (first name and location only).

18. By participating in the draw, you consent to the release of your first name and location to any other prize draw participants, if requested, via The Promoter.

19. All personal information shall be used in accordance with The Promoter’s Privacy Notice available at www.lilaconnect.co.uk/legal.

20. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

21. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
